Business Process Analyst Jobs

Description

Our client, a leading global manufacturing business, seeks a Sr Business Analyst to support finance, procurement and operations with an upcoming ERP implementation project. This 6 months contract is due to start immediately and will partner closely with the VP Finance, Business Analysis Manager and Change Manager.

Your Main Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Liaise with third party consulting firm on project governance and gap analysis.
• Utilize Visio to map out business processes and current capabilities.
• Elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements.
• Identify opportunities for business-led delivery; coach employees to make use of technology and information.
• Work with business stakeholder to map out current state process across finance, procurement and work order management in preparation for an upcoming ERP implementation project.
• Engage with business partners and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you are an experienced Business Process Analyst with a track record of supporting ERP implementation projects. You possess strong communication skills and feel comfortable acting as point of contact for various internal and external stakeholders.

The Following Skills Are Also Desired

• Experience with project management, quality assurance and change management is highly desirable
• Manufacturing experience is advantageous
• Experience with a major ERP, in particular D365 is highly regarded.
• A finance degree or accounting designation is a bonus
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and optimization
