Finance Business Analyst Jobs

Reporting to the VP, Finance, The Finance Business Analyst plays a key role as an intermediary between management, accounting and operations. He/she will be responsible for providing accurate and insightful financial and business analysis and reporting for management. Working closely with operations, The Finance Business Analyst needs to have a good understanding of the business in order to process and interpret raw data. He/she will develop KPIs to measure business performance, analyze monthly variances, prepare monthly forecasts and lead the annual budgeting exercise.

Requirements

• Knowledge of SQL would be an asset
• Must have strong business acumen and able to establish strong relationships across departments
• Advanced Excel skills – VLOOKUP, pivot table, sumif, and some macros
• Basic knowledge of accounting would be helpful
• Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Open to candidates with an Open Work Permit or eligible to work full-time in Canada
• At least 3+ years of financial, business or data analysis experience
• Experience from a sizable and international company would be an asset
