Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support change and the transformation process within the company through the execution of these projects. This individual will work closely with the project teams to develop documentation, training materials, and testing scripts, while providing change management and implementation support for the business owners

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements, resource requirements, and other costs associated with application system rollouts, support, and development costs.
• Assist with other requests that help with the process flow of the facility
• Identify project requirements by interfacing with operations management or project teams. Work with these stakeholders to analyze operations; determine approaches to increment process efficiencies and document results.
• Work closely with Audit and Finance teams to maintain system integrity and security
• Contribute to the development of methods to improve business processes, reduce risks, increase controls and/or increase customer satisfaction
• Document processes, assist with creating standard operating procedures and/ or end-user materials.
• Develop solutions; work-flowchart and diagrams; study system capabilities; analyze alternative solutions; preparing system specifications
• Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status for each project
• Communicate current & future state information effectively to customers, managers, and technical staff.
• Facilitate technical meetings to define solutions, functional specifications, implementation plans, effort, identify resources and schedule activities
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft office tool
• Proven track record of strong business and analytical skills
• Must have experience using ERP financial modules
• Experience writing user requirements and standard project documentation
• ERP Implementation projects is an asset
• Must have post-secondary school degree in Information Systems or related field experience
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience working as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of with hands on experience with Sage, Rootstock or Navision software is an asset
