Business Solutions and Ops Analyst
Role info:
· Role Supports Business and Product Operations
· Act as the lead for new implementations and continuous improvement of existing, processes and policies for Business and Product operations
· As a crucial member of our organization, you will lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the entire organization to create new processes and drive operational excellence.
What you will do:
· Manage and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
· Document current state processes using a variety of techniques
· Design future state processes to meet requirements, address gaps in the current state, exploit opportunities for improvement and efficiencies (including time & cost reduction)
· Ability to conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations
· Ensure sufficient information is available to support internal training needs or external audit requirements, including documentation of current and historical process, policy and procedure implementations or changes
· Establish and analyze process requirements, dependencies, and system limitations from key stakeholders by conducting interviews and facilitating process mapping workshops.
· Obtain business endorsement at all levels (Sr. Leadership to individual contributors) for proposed improvements.
· Develop metrics and key performance indicators to measure process performance and facilitate data-driven improvements.
· Establishing monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the impact of process improvements and measure the success of implemented changes.
· Design, develop, and document new policies, procedures, and workflows tailored to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
· Documenting newly designed processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other operational guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
· Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and protocols to identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and maximize efficiency.
· Continuous Improvement Culture: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from stakeholders, monitoring industry best practices, and staying updated on emerging process improvement methodologies.
· Change Management: Assist in driving change management initiatives related to process improvements, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
· Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient execution of processes across the organization.
· Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies, including the creation of new workflows, protocols, and guidelines.
What you need:
· Degree is business or engineering or applicable experience
· Strong professional consulting skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset
· Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
· Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive workshops, capturing diverse perspectives, and guiding teams towards effective decision-making.
· Familiarity with Business and Product Operations
· Drives for change through a strong ability to influence business partners and execute ideas through to completion
· Communicates openly and directly with various stakeholders to prioritize work deliverables and competing priorities
· 5-7 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities
· Formal Training in Lean/Lean Six Sigma preferred, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and other Lean disciplines connected with cross functional team leadership of business improvements.
