The role of a Business Analyst (BA) is essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. BAs work closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, developers, and end-users, to identify, analyze, and define business requirements for various projects.The BA will help guide our business by improving processes and adding customer value through data analysis.


Your Responsibilities


  • Building dashboards: Through various tools (Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate, etc.), build dash-boards and reports for various stakeholders which will allow the business to make sense of the data.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and needs, and translating them into clear, concise, and unambiguous requirements. BAs conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information effectively.
  • Documentation and Communication: Creating comprehensive and well-structured documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and User Stories, to communicate the requirements clearly to the development team and other stakeholders.
  • Process Mapping and Improvement: Identifying current business processes, mapping them out, and suggesting improvements or optimizations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support decision-making and help improve business processes.


Your background


  • Sales Cycle knowledge in B2B industry
  • Knowledgeable with the following : Salesforce.com, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerBI, SQL and Dax programming), O365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access), Tableau, Minitab (or other analytical software)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6Sigma Yellow belt
  • 2 years' experience in building dashboards/reports
