Business Analyst Leads Jobs

Working within our BA Center of Excellence, we're looking for Senior Business Analyst LEAD consultants, with experience 1) managing intermediate BAs and 2) managing business side stakeholders. (not just Dev Ops side)

6-12 month contracts to start

Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will quickly adopt the BA COE standardized documentation, and then ensure your output and your reporting BA's output adheres to those standards.

You will manage enterprise stakeholders expectations within a business domain, by eliciting requirements, user stories, current state/future state process maps, etc

Qualifications

Excellent BRD output and you will demonstrate this to us as part of the interview process.

Minimum 2 years of managing intermediate BA's and ensuring their BRD output complies with IIBA BA COE standards

10+ years as a BA in either an employee or consultant

Enterprise Process Mapping skills using L1, 2 or 3 (Six Sigma ideal)

Excellent stakeholder presentation skills, including using business acumen to produce impactful Slide decks.

Requirements gathering experience from BUSINESS side, not just DevOps or Product dev
