The Financial Processes and Modernization (FP&M) department, also known as, Integrated Financial Solution (IFS), is responsible for delivering world class Enterprise financial reporting and analysis systems. The department is a hybrid business/IS organization structure that brings together staff specializing in several disciplines: IS/IT, project management and business and financial analysis skills.


The incumbent will be part of FP&M Treasury Processes team working on projects involving new or existing applications and processes. Their main responsibility is to ensure system solutions and related processes support overall company objectives and ensure the integrity and quality of financial data. This involves vendor/in-house application deployment, onboarding of business processes to ERP, enhancements, steady state support, troubleshooting problems, finding opportunities for increased effectiveness or efficiency in Financial and Treasury processes.


Responsibilities


  • Ongoing operational support (including monitoring, setup, and end user support),
  • Ensure that the issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
  • Project manage small to medium initiatives (as required) according to the established project management methodologies
  • Maintaining a controlled, reliable, accessible and stable financial reporting environment.
  • Application development, supporting global financial process change initiatives and leading change throughout the business units,
  • Lead testing by preparing required test plans/matrices and performing functional and system integration testing of the application
  • Proactively resolve issues by consulting various partners
  • Data governance/process controls/quality/maintenance/integrity,
  • Closely work with the IS teams to explain and clarify the technical specifications and rationale in order to help create solutions that would meet business needs.
  • Steady state maintenance and enhancement of existing production tools / processes
  • Create and maintain thorough and accurate project documentation (including functional and technical design specifications) according to the project management methodologies
  • Interact professionally with clients and business areas to deliver a high quality of service
  • Implementing changes and upgrades to the ERP, data marts structures and all other systems supported by FP&M,
  • Support ad-hoc analysis to determine root cause of production problems and develop timely solutions
  • Provide Business Systems Analysis support by working with the Global Treasury cash operations to define and refine requirements /specifications, data transformation, process re-engineering, automation, configurations, support functional and integration testing, training, implementation and end user roll out.
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of the management to report project status and critical issues requiring their attention

What We Are Looking For


  • Capability to independently learn new systems / technology
  • Comfortable analyzing and organizing large volumes of data
  • Strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with challenging priorities)
  • Experience with citizen developer tools like Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Experience in working on initiatives driving process automation
  • Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle various tasks and manage ambiguity
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business systems analysis function within Treasury cash management and/or Finance area

Salary & Benefits


The annual base salary for this role is listed below.


Primary Location

Salary range is expected to be between


$68,775.00 CAD - $114,625.00 CAD
