Post-secondary technical education or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of IT experience

Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems

Build relationships cross-functionally in the organization and our channel partners to foster an outside-in, customer critical approach harmonizing IT applications.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business systems analysis function within Treasury cash management and/or Finance area

Communicate effectively to all levels of the management to report project status and critical issues requiring their attention

Create and maintain thorough and accurate project documentation (including functional and technical design specifications) according to the project management methodologies

Project manage small to medium initiatives (as required) according to the established project management methodologies

You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit.

Experience with citizen developer tools like Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus

Proven experience in application development, maintenance, and management.

Project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Organize key-user structures and perform release and capacity management.

Business Application Specialist (BAS) - Global Application Development, Maintenance, and Management.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with suppliers to implement effective software solutions.

Participate in or lead process initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

A diploma in business administration,public administration or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Change management processes and project management methodologies.

Experience in working collaboratively with various stakeholders on business process change projects.

Experience with business applications including user support, data integrity, administrative functions, troubleshooting and user acceptance testing.

Course work or experience in any of the following:

Experience in the Child Care Division.

Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:

Good time management and organizational skills (encompassing need to be flexible about priorities)

Post-secondary education with focus in IT, engineering or finance related discipline

Knowledge of business purpose of activities to ensure outputs meet requirements.

Work closely with Systems Analysts, Testers & IT Project Managers and as directed, to achieve agreed system/process deliverables.

Experience with FileMaker Pro 16-19, FileMaker Server, web direct and Data API

As a Business Analyst, you will lead the process of bringing requirements into the Launch Ops team

Work with the Launch Ops manager to manage the day-to-day intake of work into the team

Gather, organise and make available core knowledge in our practice area to deliver better service to our stakeholders
