Business Analyst - Launch Operations (Remote Or Hybrid)

• Improve the process of requirements gathering into Launch Ops through standardising information capture, reviewing the ongoing work in progress and supporting the automation efforts we are introducing this year
• Work with the Launch Ops manager to manage the day-to-day intake of work into the team
• Continuously improve working practices to drive better outcomes
• As a Business Analyst, you will lead the process of bringing requirements into the Launch Ops team
• Gather, organise and make available core knowledge in our practice area to deliver better service to our stakeholders
