The Opportunity


The primary role of the Business Analyst/Coordinator is to support the Partnership Operations Manager and Director with the day-to-day functions of the Partnership Operations Group.


This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to get exposure to all our business lines and support functions. In this role we are looking for someone who wants to gain exposure to different areas of EY and take on different projects and tasks in a variety of different functions. This will allow you to build relationships throughout the organization to advance your career in a multitude of different directions. In this role you get to work with and support different tasks within:

  • Corporate Responsibility

Your Key Responsibilities


  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Make recommendations to improve group policies, procedures, and programs
  • Manage the development and maintenance of electronic Partnership files and records
  • Administration and support (including data input and auditing various systems for accuracy and compliance)
  • Other duties as required
  • Assist in drafting and updating documents and correspondence
  • Assist in various administrative data gathering and produce monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and related analysis
  • Gather information and perform analysis, as requested
  • Act as backup within the team,
  • Coach and mentor junior staff on best practices
  • Continuing Development: May be required to attend seminars and various skill development courses that are relevant to his/her area of specialty
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc tasks for the Manager and Director
  • Assisting in preparing presentations

  • Actively demonstrates confidentiality, tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature
  • Good understanding of processes, policies and procedures required for supporting an organization
  • Strong analytical ability, aptitude for details, and highly organized
  • Leverages technology and effectively uses systems and tools to generate reports and provide stakeholders with data and analytical support to drive decision-making
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a positive team environment and proven ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to function and excel in a paperless environment


To qualify for the role you must have


  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a high paced, growth focused environment
  • Proficient in MS office products; advanced Excel skills, including V-lookup and pivot table, advanced Word skills, including mail merge
  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
