As Lead Business Partnership you will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for select functions by providing insights and analytic support to move key initiatives forward based on specialized business knowledge used to translate business inputs into financial actions.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Perform pricing analysis (e.g., margin impact, determining price used for revenue forecasts), including movement of brands' price segments, bundle pricing for our portfolio, tax-related changes, and other pricing impacts.
  • Assist creation of forecasts by understanding the strategies and goals of the functions.
  • Support the development of business cases for both portfolio initiatives and commercial activities.
  • Combine data from multiple functions and provide analysis to commercial teams to help make investment decisions.
  • Lead discussions on commercial initiatives scenarios, identify, assess, and report on risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure visibility and accuracy of management level reporting.
  • Consolidate market competitor analysis through reporting volume, reviewing Performance Tracking, and owning the Industry Forecasting of RBH & competitors through the industry profitability model.
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong collaborative attitude, effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree, major in Business, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance and/or Business Planning in a large organization, preferably in FMCG or consumer business, or working in a startup environment.
  • Financial/Business acumen, quantitative analysis, strong Excel skills (financial modeling, scenario planning, data visualization) and ability to translate data into story telling.
