The Strategic Global Partnerships Leader is a senior member of the TELUS Health Global Customer Relationship Management team responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships across our Global business.

In the Strategic Global Partnership role, you will:
  • Implement a governance framework and regularly report partnership results to leadership
  • Build, onboard and scale innovation partnerships, managing the relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Build and execute on a plan to strengthen existing strategic partnerships by developing a strong relationship with key decision makers
  • Work in partnership with the business units and product teams to identify and explore opportunities with strategic health and wellbeing partners
  • Collaborate across business units to create a global partnership strategy that is aligned with our strategic imperatives, leveraging a strong understanding of our business and market needs
You will work collaboratively with the business to drive results:
  • Build a plan to regularly engage with strategic partners, fostering innovation and strengthening the overall relationship
  • Taking a consultative approach, you will work with strategic partners to build a mutually beneficial plan to drive revenue
  • Partnering closely with sales and channel partner leadership ensuring collaboration across business units
  • Identify and lead campaigns with strategic partners to help drive engagement
A Strategic Global Partnerships Leader will:
  • Navigate and coordinate the right internal resources to create solutions, address challenges and remove barriers
  • Establishing credibility with senior leaders
  • Translate industry knowledge, competitive market dynamics, general business acumen and deep understanding of client’s business needs into value added insights & solutions
  • As a leader in the organization, provide hands-on support and/or sponsoring enterprise projects as needed
  • Have a strong understanding of the health and wellbeing market in Canada and the US, Global experience is an asset
  • Look for innovative opportunities and will be future focused
  • Build deep understanding of partner’s business and their objectives
  • See things through the partner’s lens and will excel at creating a win-win scenario
  • Build strong partnership relationships that are innovative and mutually beneficial
