Program Overview – Project Management Office, Central Services

Straddling the divide between a traditional PMO and a Strategic Projects division, the Project Management Office delivers high impact and high-quality work, leading large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives, including technology and product implementations, business transformation projects, strategic and operational planning, new business development and execution, and other priority work as identified by the Office of the CEO and the senior leadership team at WoodGreen.

What You Will Do

• Indirectly manage an Assistant Project Manager and multiple interns.
• Facilitate working sessions and key meetings with stakeholders, including C-Suite and VPs, as well as working teams.
• Manage vendor relationships where required, including RFP processes, vendor selection and ongoing vendor engagement.
• Drive alignment across and between project stakeholders, including senior leaders, securing decisions as needed to move projects forward.
• Develop and maintain critical project artifacts, inc. project plans, project roadmaps, detailed business requirements, risk assessments, stakeholder assessments, communication and change management plans, and others as required.
• Oversee communication, training, and change management of impacted teams throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Resolve issues and risks as identified, escalating where appropriate and offering recommendations.
• Implementation, onboarding, and control.
• Liaise with all stakeholders, including Executive Sponsors, business unit and shared service representatives and others as identified.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical projects, from project initiation through to
• Work collaboratively with other Project Managers, and PMO team, to support project initiatives across the organization, contributing to regular meetings.

What You Bring To The Team

• Project management certification (or equivalent experience) and comfortable leveraging PMBOK tools.
• 2+ years working in a project management role, preference given for those with experience managing large-scale technical implementations or digital transformations.

• Experienced with project planning and delivery of technical projects.
• Experience with CRMs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, an asset.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influence skills.
• Experience in a matrixed reporting structure.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or the delivery of clinical technologies is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and sound decision making skills.
• Managed major budgets related to project delivery.
