At least 5 years’ project management experience, working in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related technical discipline desired or equivalent experience.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of a broad range of company processes and supporting Business Systems functionality at a manufacturing site.

Experience leading M&A IT integration projects is highly preferable

What skills you will require

Project/construction management and/or procurement experience with large capital projects

Project controls and contract management experience

Project governance and project management frameworks

Project controls (cost, schedule and risk management; change control; and reporting)

Understanding of construction contracts, procurement of major projects, design and project management

3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry

Superior business acumen, planning/organizing, strategic thinking, team management, communication and presentation skills

Well versed in change management and communications experience (ADKAR)

6 – 10 years’ demonstrated managerial/leadership experience of a function with a focus on professionalism, teamwork, development and business impact

Manage by the numbers and proactively pass this discipline to your team

Support business case and IRR analysis for all projects, initiatives and spend; manage balance between internal and external resources

Manage critical vendor relationships in conjunction with IT Procurement Manger for required to deliver infrastructure programs and service levels

Have a strong understanding of the health and wellbeing market in Canada and the US, Global experience is an asset

Work in partnership with the business units and product teams to identify and explore opportunities with strategic health and wellbeing partners

Build, onboard and scale innovation partnerships, managing the relationships on an ongoing basis

Build and execute on a plan to strengthen existing strategic partnerships by developing a strong relationship with key decision makers

Implement a governance framework and regularly report partnership results to leadership

Taking a consultative approach, you will work with strategic partners to build a mutually beneficial plan to drive revenue
