Partnership Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:
Identify employers that require employees.
Develop and maintain a network of employer contacts to facilitate partnership opportunities.
Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to establish new partnerships.
Educate employers about immigration processes, requirements, and the benefits of hiring foreign workers.
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of immigration applications.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to employers throughout the immigration process.
Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information to employers.
Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, partnership agreements, and progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry, preferably with a focus on employer sponsorship.
Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining partnerships or client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employers and internal teams.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence employer decisions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking and managing partnerships.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record keeping.
