Canpr Immigration is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Associate to join our team. As a Partnership Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing relationships with employers interested in hiring foreign national workers. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential employers, educate them about the benefits of hiring foreign workers, and assist them throughout the immigration process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employers throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of immigration applications.
- Identify and engage with potential employers who are interested in hiring foreign national workers.
- Maintain accurate records of employer interactions, partnership agreements, and progress reports.
- Develop and maintain a network of employer contacts to facilitate partnership opportunities.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information to employers.
- Educate employers about immigration processes, requirements, and the benefits of hiring foreign workers.
- Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to establish new partnerships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry, preferably with a focus on employer sponsorship.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking and managing partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining partnerships or client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence employer decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
