Follow up with managers/employees on missing documentation

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Clearly articulate the benefits of working with Canpr and provide tailored solutions to meet clients' specific immigration needs.

Collaborate closely with the immigration team to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.

Comprehensive knowledge of immigration processes, regulations, and visa categories.

Educate employers about immigration processes, requirements, and the benefits of hiring foreign workers.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry, preferably with a focus on employer sponsorship.

Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employers and internal teams.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence employer decisions.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record keeping.

Learn U.S. business immigration processing categories and requirements for each visa category.

On instruction from the lawyer, research current processing requirements at service centres/consulates etc.

Manage the lifecycle of applications including, document collection, drafting, reviewing, editing and submission of packages.

Conduct electronic data entry including billing and general client information in applicant tracking system.

Undergraduate University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.

Basic knowledge of U.S business immigration preferred.

Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts, as well economic concepts.

Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint and database application skills.

Background in corporate credit analysis and/or knowledge of insurance industry is a plus, but not required

Solid communication skills, verbal and written

More than 3 years working in a financial industry setting

MBA and/or CFA is a plus, but not required

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

In-charge of/completing the audit file from planning through to completion;

Preparing detailed audit work of various investment structures (private equity funds, hedge funds etc); or (re)insurance entities;

Performing a first review of the financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS;

Researching accounting and regulatory issues;
