Strategic Project Leader Jobs

Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB Local Division policies and contractual agreements.

Acts as the key execution contact for the customer and escalates any issues with urgency to Management

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university Or Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma with passion for Project Management.

ABB Project Management designation (for internal applicants only), PMI certified.

Works with proposals team to issue required quotations with alignment towards the Sales strategy and in coordination with the Sales Manager

Ensures that the portfolio is managed consistently, based on best practices and ABB Policies.

Ten (10) years’ experience including five (5) year's in a project management role and the supervision of others.

Be a dynamic and engaging leader with extensive project and change management expertise

Ability to operate a PC and effectively utilize a variety of software applications to support the initiative management activities.

Have proven experience partnering with staff and medical staff in the development of new, novel programs

Identifies and manages key stakeholder strategies and works collaboratively with Communications to develop appropriate communication strategies.

Knowledge of other health care disciplines and their role in health care.

3+ years of experience in project management.

Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification an asset.

Overseeing departmental governances and providing key insights to executive management.

Maintaining data integrity and acting as administrator for project management tools.

Have a strong understanding of the health and wellbeing market in Canada and the US, Global experience is an asset

Work in partnership with the business units and product teams to identify and explore opportunities with strategic health and wellbeing partners

Build, onboard and scale innovation partnerships, managing the relationships on an ongoing basis

Build and execute on a plan to strengthen existing strategic partnerships by developing a strong relationship with key decision makers

Implement a governance framework and regularly report partnership results to leadership

Taking a consultative approach, you will work with strategic partners to build a mutually beneficial plan to drive revenue

Comprehensive applied knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and ability to plan, prioritize and carry out projects.

A Master’s degree and extensive experience in the healthcare industry within large, complex acute care organizations;

Experience leading large-scale projects and generating reports/presentations with data analytics;

Comprehensive applied knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and ability to plan, prioritize and carry out projects.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Designation(s) in Project and Change Management is ideal.

Experience leading large-scale projects and generating reports/presentations with data analytics; or
