IT Business Partnership Manager Merchandising Jobs

Minimum of 7+ years of leadership and IT financial management experience

Management of $300MM+ /year Operating & Capital Budgets for IT (developing, forecasting and comparing actuals against budget)

Must have experience with advanced financial and business transactions and translating complicated financial concepts into business practices

Technology experience & competence is a strong asset

In-depth experience in evaluating products or services from multiple vendors

Has developed vendor selection criteria and requirements

Manage expectations of multiple business stakeholders.

Understand how services currently offered by IT can be put to best use and create value for the business.

Work collaboratively with clients to define and prioritise technology initiatives (new or enhanced services) that will bring the most business benefit.

5+ years of experience in a similar position with an IT environment

Experience within manufacturing or retail industry

Demonstrated knowledge of core business processes and operations.

Ensure visibility and accuracy of management level reporting.

A bachelor’s degree, major in Business, Finance, or another analytical field.

Financial/Business acumen, quantitative analysis, strong Excel skills (financial modeling, scenario planning, data visualization) and ability to translate data into story telling.

Strong collaborative attitude, effective communication and teamwork skills.

Lead discussions on commercial initiatives scenarios, identify, assess, and report on risks and opportunities.

Combine data from multiple functions and provide analysis to commercial teams to help make investment decisions.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis of related activities (expense, revenue or other demand activities) / or project portfolio management experience.

Manage risk and financial performance for Corporate IT

Actively manage purchase order requisitions, liaise with purchasing and accounts payable teams to resolve ad-hoc issues/questions from the business.

2+ years experience in an Information Technology environment, managing financial processes

Ability to work independently and demonstrate analysis and problem solving skills.

High initiative, strong organization and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis across both HR and Recruiting analytics initiatives

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders and effectively influence decision-making

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations

Proven experience in coaching and mentoring analysts, with a strong track record of developing talent and driving performance

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality results

Project management: Lead or participate in IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while meeting business expectations.

Change management: Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the business units, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Building and maintaining relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, priorities, and challenges.

More than 10 years overall experience with atleast the last 4-6 years in an IT Business Relationship role within an organization

Good experience in acting as a liaison between units and teams

Experience in supporting projects and implementations

Working as part of a team to achieve individual and group monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas, as set by management

Developing presentations to senior management to obtain support

Executing agreements in partnership with Marketing Operations/Account Management team to ensure partner/vendor relationships are fostered

Acts as a resource for management and staff with respect to partnership opportunities and issues

Completion of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent

Knowledge and expertise to manage a large profile of corporate clients, with complex contractual agreements involving multiple stakeholders

Advocate for and advance business functional areas knowledge of IT processes, frameworks, roles, and capabilities

About your next Challenge as a IT Business Relationship Manager :

Ensure that IMS international strategy and key performance indicators are identified and leveraged for effective IT demand shaping

Share ownership of the business value results of technology related projects; measure and communicate business value results on a regular basis

Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes where applicable

Proactively identify business capability and IT service gaps and contribute to improvement efforts

Degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) in business administration, non-profit management, philanthropy, or related field.

Working knowledge on ensuring compliance with grant regulations; tracking and budgeting experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders

Familiar with project management and reporting.

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and will bring viable, implementable solutions to projects

Minimum 3-5 years of recent related experience in managing grant projects.

Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered

10+ years of experience in strategic information technology in an enterprise environment

Bachelor’s degree in business, computers science, mathematics, or engineering

Five years in the coordination, prioritization and delivery of SharePoint projects and initiatives

Three to five years of managing software development
