Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a high paced, growth focused environment

Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech account strategy and account management

Build and maintain a knowledge of the competitive landscape for our key products and the policy environment around these products.

Experience in a startup environment, preferable launching new vaccines or medicines

Pharmacy/healthcare operations experience or an understanding of the Canadian healthcare system is an asset

Demonstrated prior experience with establishing and consistently meeting or exceeding business development targets.

Superior influencing skills at all levels of organization and ability to negotiate

Intermediate computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and data management software.

Proven leadership skills with demonstrated experience working with clients and external stakeholders.

A degree in related field (Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, Education).

1+ years experience in research related work. Basic understanding of principles of data collection, research ethics and outcomes measures.

Experience in fostering new relationship with stakeholders and businesses.

Knowledge of e-learning technologies and best practices in EDI training.

Excellent communication skills and experience successfully partnering with senior leaders to drive improved outcomes for the business through analytics.

Scale and champion self-service by guiding stakeholders to find disseminating knowledge and products available to stakeholders to meet their immediate needs.

Socializing and ensuring consistency around data quality through the development of educational programs and process improvements.

Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring cohesion of reported metrics and development

5+ years of experience transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights

Experience with employees and organizational data is preferred required

Ensure visibility and accuracy of management level reporting.

A bachelor’s degree, major in Business, Finance, or another analytical field.

Financial/Business acumen, quantitative analysis, strong Excel skills (financial modeling, scenario planning, data visualization) and ability to translate data into story telling.

Strong collaborative attitude, effective communication and teamwork skills.

Lead discussions on commercial initiatives scenarios, identify, assess, and report on risks and opportunities.

Combine data from multiple functions and provide analysis to commercial teams to help make investment decisions.
