About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Operations to come scale our insurance business. Reporting to the VP, BizOps and Analytics and partnering closely with senior leaders across our insurance business, you will tackle a variety of operational issues to drive customer conversion and retention for our core product (insurance shopping). You will make data-driven recommendations to optimize operational efficiency, improve process automation, reduce friction for our customers, and inform new feature development. Responsibilities:

• Develop insights and recommendations to drive stronger conversion and retention through the mobile app by analyzing call volumes, text volumes, and other sales and service agent activities.
• Partner with operations, product managers, data analysts, carrier partners, and other key business stakeholders
• Define key metrics for operational excellence including customer attributes to inform call priority, agent effectiveness, etc.
• Share your insights with product managers to inform product features and strategies that will drive more activity through our automated native app and reduce manual intervention
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize our operational efficiency

Ideal profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, statistics, engineering, or related
• 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or business operations
