Your new Role:

• Manage processes related to sustaining and innovating the sales centre and channel partner IT applications & business processes while providing world class, preeminent customer experience.
• Understand and document the business IT application landscape Train key users and maintain knowledge within the organization and our channel partners.
• Use structured analysis methods to understand business challenges and drive technical solutions, whether internally or externally developed.
• Be a visionary that innovates, creates, manages, and executes company IT applications projects working with local and global resources.
• Assist the organization in detecting and prioritizing business problems and developing specifications for change and improvement.
• Handling of business systems incidents and requests.
• Build relationships cross-functionally in the organization and our channel partners to foster an outside-in, customer critical approach harmonizing IT applications.
• Test and communicate business systems changes to the organization and channel partners.
• Any other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience with B2B integration
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience
• Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
