3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, plus at least 1 year of managing another business application.

Be a visionary that innovates, creates, manages, and executes company IT applications projects working with local and global resources.

Understand and document the business IT application landscape Train key users and maintain knowledge within the organization and our channel partners.

Post-secondary technical education or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of IT experience

Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems

Build relationships cross-functionally in the organization and our channel partners to foster an outside-in, customer critical approach harmonizing IT applications.

·Assist project managers on other job-related tasks as required

·1-4 years’ experience in a related field

·Strong 2D and 3D CAD capabilities

·Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) including essential technical vocabulary

·Experience in any or all the following 3D lidar scanners is considered an asset

·Experience in any or all the following software’s is considered an asset

Experience in collaborating with partners and stakeholders to create solutions.

Experience in analyzing and translating business processes into workflow diagrams and other technical specifications.

Experience with business applications including implementation planning and testing, security and the development of analytical reports.

Insist on best-practice methodologies throughout the application lifecycle, particularly development, testing, and release management practices.

VANCOUVER / VICTORIA / REMOTE

•Bachelor’s degree, or diploma, or certification or equivalent in the computer science field or in business administration.

•Experience with business applications including trouble shooting and user support, and implementation planning, testing and security.

•Experience in advanced proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

•Preference may be given to those candidates with experience in Power BI
