Business Intelligence Developer Jobs

Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Developer who has an interest in machine automation, and the internet of things? This BI Developer role is with a well-established industrial company based in Delta, with clients across BC and even in other provinces. You’ll be applying your knowledge of database technology to analyze data and create Power BI dashboards for various customers, based on unique needs and requirements.

This role is well suited to an experienced BI developer who has been developing business business intelligence solutions for several years. Experience with manufacturing and factory automation data would be considered an asset.

This is a full-time position, and includes a competitive base salary, paid vacation and extended health and dental benefits.

In this role, you’ll work primarily on-site in the Delta, BC office.

One of the attractive parts of this job is to get involved in all aspects of developing the BI solutions. On some days you’ll be gathering requirements from various customers, and on other days you’ll be implementing your solutions in code. In all aspects of this work, there will be focus on ensuring that customer requests are delivered successfully.

[ REQUIREMENTS ]

Here are some of the items that you'll bring to the table for this role:

[-] You are an experienced database developer with five or more years of experience with SQL server and T-SQL programming

[-] You have hands-on experience with PowerBI or equivalent tool

[-] You are comfortable speaking with various external clients to gather and clarify their requirements

[-] You have the ability to document your solutions and create technical documentation

[-] You reside in the Vancouver Lower Mainland, and you’re able to work primarily on-site in Delta between Monday and Friday
