Job Description

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a part-time Business Analyst to help our client support business forms, digital signatures, work flow and process improvement. The BA will meet with customers, document business requirements and work with the collaboration team to implement these new business forms.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish an agile approach to project delivery. Establish and maintain the methods needed to structure and organize activities included in the scope of this project. Ensure that work is undertaken in a streamlined, coordinated and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate systems testing activities to verify compliance with functional and end-use requirements.
  • Handover to HIIT Operations, with required supporting documentation, such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs).
  • Plan and coordinate training & change management, to include training for super-users, end-user staff and systems administrators for each business form / system.
  • Determine staffing requirements for the project delivery team.
  • Coordinate documentation of functional and end-user requirements.
  • Coordinate Systems Testing:
  • Detailed go live planning.
  • Manage the activities of the delivery team members.
  • Coordinate Go-Live support for system launch.
  • Liaison with the teams responsible for supporting technology solutions and infrastructure platforms.
  • Coordinate documentation of systems testing outcomes.
  • Coordination and collaboration with supporting resources assigned to the project.
  • Lead engagement sessions to gather clinical and operational requirements. These requirements will inform system design and developer professional services.
  • Detailed go live cutover and roll back plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement.
  • Plan, facilitate, and co-ordinate the delivery of small engagements with customers.
  • Plan and facilitate the functional and end-user requirements definition process:


Requirements:


  • Experience working with and leading large groups of stakeholders in meetings and workshops
  • Ability to clearly articulate this experience in terms of gathering, documenting and verifying business requirements from this group and delivering solutions
  • Business analysis training
  • Experience delivering leading or delivering small business forms and workflow projects
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management training or certification.
  • Experience in Office 365 / SharePoint Online / Microsoft Teams / Power Platform /InfoPath / Nintex
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment or a large government organization
