Business Analyst

As Business Analyst at Epicor, you'll leverage your experience and comprehensive understanding of the Lumber & Building Materials industry to contribute to our team. Shape the direction of our ERP solutions, engage in client needs analysis, and drive solution specifications. Collaborate on integrations with external partners, prioritize requirements, and deliver detailed development specifications.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, product managers and engineers to identify and understand product requirements
• Manage user experience including ease of use and workflow simplification
• Support the sales and marketing teams on new and updated products to ensure they understand the product, market, problems, solutions, scenarios, and differentiator s by providing technically accurate content
• Perform business process analysis for roadmap features against current and competitive solutions including workflows, feature set, pricing, market share and differentiatin g value
• Work closely with the development organization through design, testing, and product release to ensure that the solution being designed accurately meets the needs and expectations of users
• Produce specification documents, including customer profiles and detailed user stories and detailed product changes based on prioritized requirements

What you will likely bring:

• Experience integrating 3rd party systems into an existing enterprise product
• Experience using Retail systems – POS, Inventory Management, Analytics, Loyalty, eCommerce
• Strong experience working on teams delivering enterprise-lev el software products
• Experience working within the Software product management lifecycle process

• This position may require travel to corporate offices and events in North America
• Experience managing aggressive and dynamic projects, with competing resources and priorities
• Excellent analytical, o rganizational, and communication skills
• Business mindset with strong technical skills
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in an appropriate field or equivalent experience
