New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to help our client with the expansion of Meditech Expanse, implementing the solution at additional sites. , replacing multiple aging systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop access design plan based on site requirements
• Oversee Validation and sign off on role based access
• Provider Go Live Support for User Provisioning
• Provide ongoing status reporting to the Project/Portfolio Manager as required
• Meditech Expanse Access Requirements and Design
• Update, implement, and maintain procedures
• Work closely with clinicians, technical and leadership
• Design and Coordination of Menu and role build with Clinical Design Teams
• Participate in optimization activities and tasks related to Access
• Effectively communicate any insights and plans to cross-functional teams
• Escalate risks, issues and constraints to the appropriate Project/Portfolio Manager
• Deliver above responsibilities, under the direction of the Lead, Portfolio Manager and/or Project Manager
• Lead access requirements gathering activities with site contacts
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements
• C/S profiles current state assessment
• Participate as a functional member of the team

Requirements:

• Business Analysis certification(s) preferred
• Strong Understanding of Meditech Expanse application interdependencies
• 2+ years of Access Dictionary build experience
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Business Analyst experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
• Direct knowledge, education, and experience working with information management systems, and working directly with user departments
• Exceptional English language oral and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
