Senior Business Analyst Jobs

Our Victoria-based client is searching for a senior-level Business Analyst to support a Financial Planning and Analysis system replacement project. The right person for this role will be responsible for conducting business analysis and design activities, including requirement management, process design, testing, and change management. Responsibilities:

• Support QA, training, and collaborate with vendors or System Integrator partners.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business system requirements for a COTS application.
• Lead process re-design initiatives, developing framework models and enhancing workflow documents.
• Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Execute BA tasks and deliverables in a complex COTS implementation project.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with QA/QAT support and training.
• Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong background in process re-design initiatives within an enterprise environment.
• COTS implementation experience, particularly in financial systems.
• Proficient in reviewing RFPs and vendors, preferably in financial-focused products.
