Senior Business Analyst Jobs

On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Business Analyst to interview key stakeholder groups and identify the scope of requirements for business cases which will inform the timeline to deploy.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure key results are achieved in accordance with the project plan by analyzing current and future business systems and processes, generating ideas and formulating recommendations / options, and supporting members of the project in reaching decisions that are within project scope and timelines.

• Implements or contributes to the implementation of effective processes to assess project risks, identify risk mitigation strategies and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supports the different Project Managers by providing regular updates on the progress of business analyst tasks as well as any areas of risk associated with the completion of the project both within the project scope and the timeline.

• Participates in design sessions and reviews, analyzes, defines and documents current / future state processes and contributes to the development of specifications and testing for all identified development, system modifications, and installations.

• Participates in the development of Day in the Life testing scripts across all applications.

• Supports the communication and delivery of requirements to the stakeholders.

• Develops and maintains various business processes, policies and procedures.

• Provides user support, advice and orientation.

Qualifications:

• Business case development experience for a health authority IMITS project

• Health Care IT experience gathering scope of requirements from clinical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to carry out business process mapping and fit gap analysis

• Ability to manage multiple interactions with multiple groups while working on multiple issues at the same time

• Proven ability to plan and execute projects with stringent timelines

• Participation in large construction projects as a Business Analyst

• Implementation of new and innovative technologies

• Gathering of quotations and scope of work from vendors to contribute to a business case in financials

• Vaccinated for COVID-19
