About This Team
The MDM Product Management team is focused on improving processes and systems related to master data used across lululemon.Our master data management systems provide governed data to the organization and synchronizes it with applications, business processes and analytical tools. This in turn supports lululemon's global growth strategies and helps our consumers with key business decsions.We provide the business process context necessary to guide technical decision making, while leveraging our connection with the business to enroll stakeholders on key process changes and impacts.
Job Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for discovering, defining, & delivering products that support our master data strategies for Product, Location, & Vendor.They will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders from the business and their IT partners to strategize and execute against the strategic goals for lululemon. This means they lead cross-functional teams from a product's conception all the way through to its launch and improvement.
Core Accountabilities
Delivery & Execution

• Prioritizes the backlog and ensures visibility to upstream and downstream partners
• Anticipates implementation challenges and develops mitigation strategies to minimize risk
• Responsible for the product management of the PLIM system: prioritizing, driving and delivering features and unlocking new capabilities
• Contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area
• Ensures quality of the product and manages & triages bugs efficiently

Collaboration & Communication

• Enrolls & communicates business requirements to technical partners
• Proactively solves potential problems with other functions and avoids unnecessary conflict
• Collects and analyzes feedback from end users, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Initiates, leads & facilitates business requirements gathering with end-users and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• 1-2 years experience as a Product Manager
• Demonstrated ability to discuss, understand, and simplify technical concepts
• Familiarity working in agile software development
• Experience with retail, supply chain, or master data management experience preferred
