Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems (Canada) is looking for someone to use their technical background to market new products in the Energy, manufacturing, resource and maintenance industries in Canada. You will work with many different partners including sales managers, distributors, engineers, and quality managers.
We are looking for someone that is interested in manufacturing technology and has experience with interaction with colleagues and customers. We are looking for an qualified candidates who can contribute to our growth and who has the desire to develop within our organization in the future.
This position requires travel within Canada and occasionally international for training and regional/global meetings. You will work for the Industrial Technique Customer Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, while reporting to our marketing team headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan. You will support multiple products across the entire country with emphasis in the Quebec market.
/ Mission
Create marketing and sales support activities designed to promote the sale of Atlas Copco industrial assembly products. You will have special focus on hydraulic bolting tools and our core fastening products, covering the energy, general industry and motor vehicle industry
Essential duties include the following:

• Organize and attend local and national trade shows in energy market.
• Develop customer presentations.
• Launch new products to the sales and service teams.
• Travel with sales team to meet customers to promote the sales of our solutions.
• Develop sales techniques for each product line.
• Be well versed in competitor products and communicate this knowledge to the sales teams.
• Conduct training programs to build product competence within our service and sales teams.
• Provide technical support our sales and service teams in their activities and support customer quality issues.
• Business plan development for the products responsible in the Canadian market.
• Liaison with our global R&D team to communicate needs from our customer market for product improvement.
• Perform product demonstrations both in person and virtually to showcase product functionality.

Experience And Educational Requirements

• Experience with programming languages and databases will be considered an asset.
• Previous experience with automation of production plants will be considered an asset.
• Previous experience in manufacturing.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.
• Previous experience in hydraulic bolting products.
• Desire someone with a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
