About the role:

As an influential Product Marketing Manager driving strategy from within Unbounce’s product department, you will be joining a close-knit team of experienced, energetic product marketers to bring Unbounce's innovative AI products to market. You describe yourself as resourceful, eternally learning, and can balance priorities between strategic initiatives and scrappy experiments with a personal passion for all things product marketing.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop use cases for products and extended solutions: understand target user behaviours and pain points and delve deep into user journeys to match problems with strategic opportunities
  • Create internal enablement tools: synthesize learnings into key artifacts that form components of our go-to-market strategy, such as persona guides, positioning frameworks, check-out flows, value matrixes, and more
  • Aggregate and disseminate insights across multiple teams: from influencing the go-to-market strategy and success of your peers in the product marketing team to informing product development, sales cycles, customer success strategy, customer marketing, and more, you synopsize learnings and balance multiple stakeholders and priorities as the expert of your domain
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders for shared success: You thrive in sharing learnings and working collaboratively with UX and Product teams in complementary research initiatives, amplifying the work of customer-facing teams, and supporting other teams
  • Sales and partner enablement: support our amazing customer success, sales, and partner relations teams in communicating the value of our product in their day-to-day conversations, helping drive an effective win rate and an efficient close rate
  • Support the launch of new products and features: play an essential role in the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, purchase, and adoption—focusing on our latest AI-powered solution, Smart Copy
  • Specialized go-to-market strategy and execution: you’re experienced in the validation of product positioning and messaging, understanding customer feature preference analysis, and SaaS business growth mechanisms
  • Create a competitive point of view: get up close and personal with our evolving competitive space, identifying, distilling, and communicating competitive opportunities for success in all areas of the business


A little bit about you:


  • You have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in product marketing (or similar areas: market and user research, business development, finance, analytics, product management)
  • MarTech experience is preferable
  • You have demonstrated success in managing multiple programs at once, and have the ability to manage competing stakeholders and priorities
  • You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with previous success in cross-functional collaboration and management by influence
  • You have a never-ending curiosity about humans, business, and behaviours. You satisfy this curiosity by always asking why, collecting and analyzing information with suitable methodologies, and sharing findings by structuring actionable insights and internal enablement aids
  • SaaS experience is required
