We’re looking for you to contribute to our next phase of growth!We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to spearhead a pivotal project, the transition to Intranet 3.0, and to ensure its successful launch and seamless migration for existing customers.
Role and Responsibilities:
As Product Marketing Manager at Intranet Connections, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for the transition to Intranet 3.0. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of launching the new platform, including the migration of existing customers. Your primary focus will be on driving successful adoption, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership:Lead the re-platforming project to Intranet 3.0, overseeing all aspects of the transition, from concept to execution. Coordinate with development, design, and customer success teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Product Launch:Ownership of product launches, encompassing messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Leverage your expertise in product launches to create excitement and awareness among target audiences.
- Migration Strategy:Devise and implement a strategic plan for migrating existing customers to the new platform. Ensure a smooth transition that minimizes disruption and maximizes customer satisfaction.
- Pilot Phase and Agile Releases:Collaborate closely with development teams to execute a successful pilot phase and iterative, agile releases of additional functionality. Gather user feedback and iterate on the product to enhance its value proposition.
- Customer-Centric Approach:Use your experience in product management and marketing to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into effective marketing strategies and messaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to align on goals, share insights, and deliver a unified customer experience.
- Communication and Messaging:Craft compelling and clear messaging that resonates with target audiences, highlighting the unique value of Intranet 3.0 and its benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, including setting and sticking to deadlines, identifying KPIs, and analyzing and reporting results.
- Proven experience (5+years) in product marketing, including successful product launches and customer migration.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and a pragmatic marketing framework.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong background in product management, ideally within a technology or software company.
- Demonstrated ability to listen to customer feedback and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
