As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools and environments we utilize to develop our games. Working closely with stakeholders and engineering teams, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of a compelling technical vision, aiming to provide significant value in both the short and long term. Your deep knowledge of game development technologies, tools, and processes will be instrumental in guaranteeing the delivery of cutting-edge, top-notch gaming experiences, propelling our platform to unprecedented heights.

Your Impact

• Define and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
• Communicate technical decisions, constraints, and trade-offs to stakeholders clearly and concisely
• Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
• Work closely with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to create detailed technical plans, timelines, and resource allocation for development cycles
• Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform technical strategy
• Collaborate with game designers and engineers to translate high-level game concepts into feasible technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, architects, and product managers, to define the technical vision, goals, and roadmap for game projects
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements and creative objectives

About You

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
• Deep understanding of game development technologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of product management experience or similar role in the gaming industry, with a strong focus on technical direction
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player expectations and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
