Manager, Product Management


Overview


The NuDetect team at Mastercard is looking for a Product Manager to help drive product strategy, manage the product evolution, develop go-to-market strategies, make data driven decisions and optimize our products to reflect market needs.


You will be working closely with the Product Management Director to advance NuDetect's fraud detection capabilities by leveraing device and behavioral insights. If you are passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and want to make cybersecurity products with real-world impact – we want to hear from you!


Role


In This Role, You Will


  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to create product narratives that fit with market needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to create and drive product strategies. You will focus on key customer segments to identify new business cases, perform market analysis, assess industry trends and improve Mastercard's cybersecurity footprint and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define new features and prioritize appropriately against product strategies.
  • Engage with business development and customer facing teams to monitor product performance and identify future areas of opportunity, creating a product roadmap based on market needs.

  • You have experience delivering results and are excited to work with Mastercard’s dynamic and passionate global teams.
  • You have experience presenting roadmaps to a variety of internal and external stakeholders while managing delivery expectations and feature capabilities.
  • You are an analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. You have experience communicating to many audiences, from technical resources to business leads and can explain complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • You have built strong relationships with cross functional teams and are able to manage stakeholders’ expectations. You are interested in consumer events and participating in customer meetings.
  • You are currently a Product Manager or are interested in advancing your product innovation and development skills while driving leading cybersecurity solutions for an evolving digital ecosystem.
  • You have experience in thought leadership, product expertise, project management and taking ideas and formulating action plans.
