We are currently looking for a Senior VP of Product to manage both our mature math game team and our more nascent English Game team. As a member of the executive team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Prodigy is world class at both liveops for our existing games, as well as providing new games and experiences for our 8M MAU worldwide. Partnering with our other executive leaders to drive overall company growth, this role will own the long-term vision for our gaming studio.


Your Impact


  • Continue to grow our 10 year old math game while keeping profitability in mind for reinvestment in new games
  • Collaborate with other product leaders to deliver an amazing full experience for students, teachers and parents.
  • Build, manage, coach, and inspire a world-class game team composed of individuals from different disciplines, with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skills
  • Scale up our 1 year old English game to be a strong contributor to overall company growth
  • Working cross-functionally and with key stakeholders to deliver high impact game releases and experiments efficiently, on time, on budget, and with a high degree of predictability


About You


  • A deep understanding of financial metrics, and how to marry great game design with amazing business outcomes
  • You’ve overseen the creation of a successful new game
  • Highly proficient in using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions with extensive experience in experimentation, testing, and measurement of feature and live-ops performance and impact, in addition to overall game health
  • You have experience leading a team and collaborating across multiple disciplines through all stages of development
  • A passion for growing and developing leaders, and yourself through active coaching and strong two way feedback loops
  • Process oriented with a strong project management background
  • 10+ years of gaming industry experience including a blend of product management and creative roles
  • A charismatic leader, who embodies Prodigy’s core values of, users first, radical candor, extreme ownership, sense of urgency and growth mindset
  • You have experience with prioritizing technical and business investments, workforce planning, and resource allocation
  • You’ve had full P&L responsibility for a large scale, live game
  • 3+ years in a Studio Head, VP of Product Management, GM or equivalent
  • Experience with monetization models outside of microtransactions is ideal
