Job Overview:

As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for leading the product management team and driving the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap of our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure high standards in copy writing and CRO within products
• Recruit, interview and hire Product candidates
• Shape user experience research priorities
• Sculpt the MonetizeMore product feedback process
• Work with HR to come up with new talent sourcing strategies and accountability metrics for Product Department
• Participate in sprint planning as the user advocate
• Design product feedback surveys
• Drive each beta feature for efficiency and achieving intended user outcomes
• Help the team to build an effective and continuous Product Discovery process,
• Collaborate with product managers to implement best practices, setup customer oriented and business oriented goals
• Promote user empathy across the Engineering Team
• Brainstorm new ways to improve the overall product and user experience
• Lead a team of Product Managers, Product Marketing Manager, Designers and Delivery Managers
• Ensure a high level of communication quality between Product and Revenue, Engineering, Ad Ops, Finance and Support
• Collaborate with Deprocess to ensure great customer experience
• Drive each Engineering Team hire
• Ensure that the different initiatives are aligned within the Product Department to the Product Vision
• Establish Product story prioritization system

Who you are:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in product development for over 5 years.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights and make informed product decisions.
• Seasoned in product leadership with a track record of 3 years and above of experience.
• 1 year or above experience working in Ad Tech. (optional)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and product metrics to drive product decisions and iterations.
• Proficient in methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Skills include product strategy, roadmap planning, market research, competitive analysis, and product development processes.
