The Role: Project Manager, New Product Introduction

Purpose of the Role

In this role you will aim to ensure that the development of Structured Adsorbent Bed products meets customer expectations. This will be achieved in a controlled and timely manner by executing a PDP (product development process) focused on delivering value, quality, and reliability to the customer while facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• You have the experience and ability to acknowledge challenges or risks but conclude by marking the progress made and the ability to meet deliverables with planning & focus.
• You bring 10 years' experience demonstrating a solid understanding of product development and volume manufacturing.
• You have experience in selecting the right tools for the application, rather than the most familiar tool.
• You have the ability to make judgments to discard what does not deliver value to the customer.

Bonus Skills And Qualifications

• PMP certification is an asset.
• Materials or Mechanical Engineering degree is an asset.

What Success looks like in this role

• You will coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing plans for products.
• You will successfully provide engineering support for all activities in the product development process. Prepare project timelines and identify all resource requirements.
• You will prepare plans for all NPI or product change projects and coordinate with all stake-holders to ensure the delivery of quality products.
• You have the ability to successfully communicate timelines, progress, risks & mitigation of product development to Product Management.
• You will monitor the status of all new products or product changes and ensure effective and timely execution of projects while highlighting and communicating risks to the plan.
