You have 5+ years’ project management or operational leadership in retail

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related area, business, architecture, or engineering

Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or similar an asset

Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation an asset

Excellent people management skills and in-tune with emotional intelligence; must be able to navigate through difficult conversations in-order to find solutions.

Project Management Institute, PMP Certification or equivalent is an asset.

Ensure project processes are applied consistently, including project plans, issue and risk management, financial management, resourcing, and communications management

3+ years of project management for product development and new product launch in the cosmetic industry is required to be considered.

Proficient in Wrike, Microsoft projects, Microsoft Suite, Google tool suite, project management software and approaches (Agile and Hybrid project management)

Ensure that all supporting cross-functional teams understand their responsibilities and the required timeframes associated with their deliverables.

You have the ability to successfully communicate timelines, progress, risks & mitigation of product development to Product Management.

You will coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing plans for products.

You bring 10 years' experience demonstrating a solid understanding of product development and volume manufacturing.

You have experience in selecting the right tools for the application, rather than the most familiar tool.

PMP certification is an asset.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior or leadership role.

- Deep understanding of product management principles and practices, including market research, roadmap development, and agile methodologies.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and deliverables.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in Fintech and Payments is highly desired.

- Prior experience with Google Workspaces, Slack and Basecamp is a plus.

5+ years of Program / Project Management experience in a relevant industry
