Jr. Project Manager to deliver multiple new product introductions and enhancement projects using Agile methodology for our large Telecom client

Duration:1 Year (Possible extension/FTE)

Location:Hybrid (Minimum 3 Days onsite in either the Calgary, Toronto or MTL Office)

Looking for a motivated and knowledgeable project manager with experience in cross functional project delivery. In partnership with multiple sponsors and vendors, the candidate will be responsible to deliver a variety of new product introductions and enhancement projects related to upgrades of existing functionality and introduction for new functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a detailed WBS of the project tasks including dates, durations and dependencies;
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the project management life cycle including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project Budget, monitoring and reporting. Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Charter, Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports, ...etc.);
• Act as the interface to connect team’s efforts with the parent projects. He/She will ensure that interdependencies with other systems/teams are addressed and coordinated
• Lead release management discussion to optimize environment and resource utilization and leverage synergies amongst projects;
• Responsible for risk identification/ mitigation planning;
• Reporting to the Program Manager/E2E Solution Owner, this position will manage multiple projects including:
• Actively and autonomously manage change and issues within the project; effectively leveraging escalation paths when required
• Maintain the Project Management Office Library with lessons learned database, and apply lessons learned to all initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures and processes as part of the continuous improvement process;

Must Haves:

• Experience withMicrosoft Project
• PMPCertification
• SAPfor financial management
• 3 + yearsexperience as a Project Manager
• Agile project delivery

Nice to Have:

• CSM/PSM/SSM Certifications
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Telecommunication industry experience
• Scrum Master experience
