What we’re looking for:

You’re a JR Digital Project Manager that’s always on top of things and ahead of the curve. You’re a self-starter, a go-getter, and you probably have an alphabetically organized spice cupboard.

You drive and manage projects from the kickoff through discovery, strategy, concepting, UX/UI, development, launch and post debriefs. No challenge or roadblock is too complicated for you.

As a JR Digital PM you are integral to the day-to-day running of multiple client accounts across digital + traditional integrated agency space driving operational discipline, delivering excellence and resource optimization so that the rest of the team can focus on delivering the level of craft we are known for.

Responsibilities:

• You manage elements of agency wide small to complex projects from initiation to planning, design, development, testing, and into maintenance with cross department coordination in Client Service, Media + Creative
• Manage cross department, multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment
• Recognize when to escalate issues which have project implications, and how to manage these with your partners and senior team
• Own project management/workflows documentation and reporting for your assigned projects including creation including timelines + estimates
• Able to identify potential project risks, pivot quickly as project dynamics change to keep things moving efficiently, on time and within budget
• Understand staffing and scoping requirements for your projects and build scheduling accordingly
• Proactively consult with key members of your team in order to facilitate collaborative actions to drive positive outcomes
• Comfortably and confidently monitor + deliver projects within timelines successfully, addressing and escalating all obstacles
• Facilitate the sharing of knowledge, work within our processes, systems and templates
• Coordinating creation + maintenance of websites with a digital team made up of developers, UX/UI designers + strategists engaging with client service teams
• Effectively communicate the status of the team's projects, as well as needs and obstacles the team faces

• Ability to manage small-mid size projects and/or components of complex projects, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budget
• Experience working with and delivering across dev, UX/UI/, creative + client services teams
• Demonstrates an ability to solve problems with the solution that works for all stakeholders without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project
• 1-3 years of project management experience in a digital, interactive or integrated agency or similar environment
• Accountability and calm, confident presence
• Mastery of PM and task management tools including Monday.com, Asana, JIRA
• An ability to work and coordinate with teams in other time zones - EST + AT
• Can show experience in bottom-up scoping of projects, creating project budgets, tracking actuals, and creating statements of work
• Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies
