We are hiring a Client Partner for our Telecommunication business. This leadership role will be responsible for driving growth, scaling the business, owning the end-to-end business strategy, and going to market for the allocated client(s).
In this role, you will –
- Save our customers millions of spend with our solutions
- Enable contracting with traditional as well as innovative outcome-based solutions and models
- Expand Tech Mahindra’s footprint in the client organization.
- Build off of Tech Mahindra’s strength in the Communication Sector
ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
- Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, manage & build a multi-million dollar portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated leadership experience in developing a multi-year sales strategy and will have demonstrated experience in building and scaling a growing business.
- Global Delivery Model Experience desirable
- Exposed to / involved in “new age” service providers
- Travel required as needed
- 10+ years of experience in managing telecom/ telecommunications customer engagements.
- Has a solid sales and business development experience of similar size and scope
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions is a plus
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Track record as Business Development/Practice Development Executive in a rapidly growing client relationship required
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CxO-level client contacts
