Job Title: Senior Product Manager (with Project Management Experience) or Product Project Manager - Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in project management to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, executives, and customers.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities and drive product enhancements.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, their needs, and pain points to inform product decisions.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and deliverables.

- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of product initiatives.

- Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization of user stories.

- Monitor and measure product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.

- Act as a product evangelist, conducting presentations and demos to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Deep understanding of product management principles and practices, including market research, roadmap development, and agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product improvements.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in Fintech and Payments is highly desired.

- Prior experience with Google Workspaces, Slack and Basecamp is a plus.
