Job Summary:


As the Business Improvement Administrator, you will support the Supervisor of Performance Management (Metrics and Analytics) in tracking, analyzing and reporting the performance metrics that drive improvements actions at Ledcor's Business and Employee Services (BES) team. This role requires an analytical mindset and creative as it will consolidate and interpret the data of the metrics of all process in scope.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Strong time management skills, the ability to independently multi-task between numerous reporting areas to meet the demands of a fast-paced working environment
  • Advise technical challenges, new reporting structures, and reporting best practices
  • Work closely with project teams and provide support on special projects.
  • Work with functional managers to identify deficiencies in reporting visibility and develop metrics-based solutions
  • Efficiently track and report the metrics while maintaining the existing reporting systems around the BES Performance Management Process in a timely manner.
  • Analyze new and current data sources to identify new metrics while working with functional managers to confirm actionability
  • Support development and help drive improvement plans to better provide for the business
  • Problem solve technical challenges on a wide variety of databases and reporting methods.
  • Maintain high level of accuracy and quality of the BES Metrics Reporting dashboards and ensure all metrics in scope are reported and interfaces from current systems are working
  • Support the Performance Management Supervisor in gathering, analyzing and calculating data efficiently from various sources to develop and deploy new metrics in the respective reporting systems necessary to help drive improvement plans to better provide for the business


Qualifications :


  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Recent graduates with completion of relevant post-secondary education in Business Technology Management, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related discipline will be considered
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, able to meet deadlines
  • Experience Employee Services/HR, Accounts Payable, Time and Pay, Accounts Receivable processes preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Power BI and ability to quickly learn new software
