The responsibilities will vary depending on the department’s needs; however, will include the following:

Experience with documentation and records management

Providing detailed information to students on program and/or course requirements, along with informationrelated to processes, policies, and procedures.

Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Minimum two (2) years’ of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting students within a University setting.

Experience with providing admissions, program, and course related information

Experience in a complex and fast-paced customer service environment

Must have strong communication and collaboration skills that enables you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups.

Monitors and reports progress of various execution planning activities against agreed schedule.

Monitors and appraises Contractor(s)' organization, planning, execution and controls, and drives improvement plans to close gaps in performance.

Identifies project issues and executes/stewards appropriate actions to resolution.

Supports the transition between project stages from preliminary engineering to closeout, ensuring compliance with ExxonMobil standards and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited University.

Developing and utilizing analytical tools and models to evaluate trading positions and optimize risk management strategies

Collaborating with the Risk Management team to identify and mitigate potential risks related to trading positions

Supporting trade records maintenance, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting with trade settlement processes

Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in commodity trading, energy markets, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Ensure site-specific risks are assessed, actions prioritized and risk management plans developed

Knowledge of LPS, OIMS, and CIMS requirements

Manage a large project’s progression or large portfolio of remediation sites, planning, stewardship, and execution

Provide support, as needed, to Senior Project Manager.

Effective written and oral communication skills

Work with Functional Expertise Group to initiate procurement actions, evaluate contractor proposals, approve expenditures, steward and evaluate work execution

Co-op experience is an asset.

Participate in the full life cycle of FPGA design from concept to customer support.

Design specification capture and RTL implementation.

Perform FPGA verification with simulation and in the lab.

Develop and/or use tools to facilitate lab bring-up and debug of FPGAs.

Hardware description languages such as Verilog or SystemVerilog.
