The Role
As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Senior Global Product Manager, TM Automated Workflow Solutions to join the Transfusion Medicine Business Unit, reporting directly to the Director TM Platforms. This position is Remote.
The Responsibilities

• Developing marketing plans including market dynamics, competitive environment, customer segmentation, positioning and messaging, market potential, market share and forecast models for current products and products in development, with a key focus on workflow automation solutions.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
• Developing a strategy for implementing new customer solutions and improving customer retention rates by uncovering, standardizing, and deploying best workflow practices.
• Developing and implementing launch plans for new product introductions.
• Monitoring product performance in close collaboration with quality, compliance, and customer technical services and take lead in actions appropriate to ensure quality and availability of assigned products.
• Lifecycle management of on-market product and solutions.
• Developing and validating new product requirements including features based on global customer needs, market insights and competitive frame to drive product differentiation and sales.

The Individual
Required

• Knowledge in data and informatic solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to be a team player to solve problems and incorporate input from various sources.
• Motivated self-starter who exhibits passion and strong customer focus and understanding of delivering value to both customers and organization.
• Sound analytical and communication skills are a necessity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as organizational skills.
• Experience in new product development including needs assessment, claims development, financial acumen, and product launch.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant business experience required. MBA preferred.

Internal Partners: All Business Units, Operations, Finance, Quality/ Regulatory, R&D, etc.
External Partners: Customers, Vendors, Associations.
The Work Environment

• 10% travel including potential international.
