In depth knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with MS outlook, Teams, PowerPoint is required.

Web development / maintenance experience an asset

Ability to work onsite and/or remote

Help to Streamline and Document these processes as our Langley site transitions to SAP.

2+ years of experience in B2B software Product Management, Marketing, or in a related area with commercial responsibilities

Experience with equity plan management software

Commercial product management expertise – Demonstrate a history of success in B2B product management

Experience in partnering with Product Marketing to commercialize product offerings

Drive highly effective customer experience as measured by NPS, understanding and improving the end-to-end customer journey.

Identify customer and market requirements through market analysis, win/loss calls, and voice-of-customer interviews.

Degree in business, accounting, finance, technology management, statistics, computer and data science.

3-5 years in finance product management, project management, scrum / agile, business and process analysis, digital transformation.

Implement best practices in data and product management methodology.

Experience with finance, analysis and data technology Oracle, eBusinessSuite, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, EPBCS, EPM, OAC, Snowflake, Tableau, Thoughtspot Sigma.

You will lead scope and roadmap definition for the Finance Data & Analytics solutions team product direction.

Manage the intake, grooming, UAT, sign-off and launch of reports, tools and data solutions.

Work with the Product Management Teams to identify roadmap dependencies, align roadmaps, and translate into implementation roadmaps.

Advanced knowledge of IIoT Technologies with emphasis on IIoT software (experience with Advanced Data Analytics a plus)

Understanding of Asset Performance Management, Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance as it applies to Process industries.

Expert global teaming and remote collaboration skills.

Work with Product Teams across Rockwell, and external Partners to identify the best technologies to meet customer requirements.

Turn a well-researched set of market requirements into functional requirements specifications and wireframe mockups for product development.

Prior experience in investment analysis / modelling - preferably within financial services or asset management

Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of success within assigned product segment and articulate these effectively to senior management

University degree or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge of investment products and services

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven experience performing complex data analysis (i.e. sales, performance analysis, etc.)

·Prospect for new accounts that align with CPS growth, marketing strategy and manufacturing capabilities.

·A technical or marketing degree or equivalent in training and experience.

·Sales and marketing experience is a must.

·Strong knowledge of the mining and mineral processing industry and related crushing and grinding equipment.

·Provide site assistance during product installation as well as during inspection (scanning) for wear evaluation.

Identify and pursue opportunities for product simplification, improvement in the end-to-end product offering, and overall customer experience

Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Marketing (experience in product lifecycle is essential)

Experience and knowledge regarding SD-WAN, security solutions, and cloud services

Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and writing proficiency.

Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles is an asset.

Responsible for the product management of the PLIM system: prioritizing, driving and delivering features and unlocking new capabilities

Experience with retail, supply chain, or master data management experience preferred

1-2 years experience as a Product Manager

Ensures quality of the product and manages & triages bugs efficiently

Enrolls & communicates business requirements to technical partners

Initiates, leads & facilitates business requirements gathering with end-users and key stakeholders

Lifecycle management of on-market product and solutions.

Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of relevant business experience required. MBA preferred.

Knowledge in data and informatic solutions.

Sound analytical and communication skills are a necessity.

Experience in new product development including needs assessment, claims development, financial acumen, and product launch.

Strong collaboration skills and willingness to be a team player to solve problems and incorporate input from various sources.

Project Management experience an asset

Manage product backlog on assigned products in development

Work with the Manager, Product Solutions to provide product solutions representation on projects

Consult with Implementation Manager on product solutions competitive analysis, product enhancements, rollouts, and training guides for client facing tools

Consult and support the Marketing Manager on the creation and delivery of all marketing materials

Excellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize
