lululemon Studio is a hybrid fitness experience that allows Members to experience original classes and programs – from lululemon Studio and the hottest boutique fitness studios – right from the lululemon Studio Mirror, on-the-go via the lululemon Studio App, or in-person at our partner studio locations and lululemon experiential stores.
Formerly known as MIRROR, we joined the lululemon family in 2020. Guests can now experience the lululemon Studio Mirror in 200 stores (and counting!) across North America. About This Team
The Global Media Team is responsible for building & scaling brand efforts globally to fill the funnel for future enterprise growth across both our Mainline & Studio businesses. We hold data at the center of all strategies to ensure we are building against a durable leaning agenda that delivers full funnel results for the business.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
In the Senior Manager position, you will be a key leader on the team to drive forward best in class channel planning & investment decisions. You will be a champion for growing our evolving Studio offering, delivering performance against the Studio business plan, and obsessing over in-campaign media performance.

• Build relationships with key partners in the organization to drive forward innovation & uncover new opportunities for cross functional engagement to deliver enterprise value
• Partner with key internal teams across the Marketing & Product organizations to coordinate best in class go-to-market approaches that respond to leadership growth priorities
• Manage enterprise priorities for Studio effectively to ensure the communications architecture in place supports seasonal & long term brand goals
• Lead with entrepreneurial spirit to uncover opportunities to more efficiently & effectively drive forward the 5 year plan
• Lead planning conversations with external vendors to deliver against campaign briefs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in full funnel media planning & buying across traditional & digital channels
• Proven track record of managing complex budgeting and partnering with finance
• Experience managing vendors with a client lens
• Strong experience with building & executing test and learn agendas
• Excellent communication skills & ability to effectively lead conversations with cross functional leaders
