About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Delivery (Project) Manager located in Vancouver. This is a central delivery role that ensures all campaign projects at Akcelo are delivered on time and on budget and to the top Akcelo quality.

Using project management skills and experience, you’re able to ensure alignment amongst all internal Akcelo stakeholders. You’ll make sure everyone has what they need to be set up for success- and produce and manage timelines for the entire creative and strategy process.

Responsibilities

• Scope all new strategy and creative projects in conjunction with Creative and Strategy leadership, including entering estimates and monitoring of project burn
• Manage retainer burn reporting and modelling
• Prepare project t iming plans and re-plan where required
• Assist with the booking of briefings, kick-offs and reviews
• Manage all project resourcing (fulltime and freelance)
• Oversee the production deadlines and monitor the overall timelines to ensure producers remain on track with delivery
• Assist with finding and managing creative freelancers when needed
• Assistance with office management tasks - including employee onboarding, vacation management and more
• Continuously monitor the health of all projects to ensure they stay on time and on budget, and escalate any risks or issues as required
• Assist with handovers to production ensuring a producer is assigned to scope work

Requirements

• The ability to come into the office 3 to 4 times per week (located in downtown Vancouver)
• Previous experience within a global company would be an asset
• Great attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working and communicating with leadership
• 5 to 7+ years within an agency (or similar environment) where you have worked as a traffic manager, project manager or producer
• You understand pace within an agency or start-up, and are able to prioritize tasks
• Self-starter attitude - always looking for ways to improve on processes and are open to change
