Manager, Improvements, Creative Store Design

THE TEAM

The mission of the Improvements Department is to improve all retail and non-retail spaces, minimizing impact to operations.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Improvements team is growing with it. As a member of the Creative Design Department, you will be part of the team responsible for the continuous improvement of all retail and non-retail spaces, ensuring the design intent is captured and aligned with the design integrity of the space. As a Manager, Improvements, Creative Design, you will support in developing the creative vision and comprehensive design drawings and documentation for all improvement projects, ensuring the design aligns with the intent of the space and achieves both aspirational and operational excellence. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Improvements, Creative Design you will:

• Capture the design intent of the space, ensuring all form and functional requirements are delivered while continuously innovating our designs and approach.
• Design and integrate project-specific details and resolve design issues, expediting the design process while continuously innovating our design and approach.
• Both curate and manage a collection of elements that seamlessly work together to create a world class environment & experience while continuously innovating our designs and approach

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Improvements, Creative Design has:

• An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate
• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Building Technology, CAD, Revit, and other AEC Applications
• An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
